Maju Bareng TikTok is a free education program designed to help SMEs in Indonesia develop their digital businesses. Learning materials covering the TikTok ecosystem, content creation, and digital marketing strategies are delivered through face-to-face workshops, live webinars, and various online classes. To date, Maju Bareng TikTok has educated over eight thousand SME owners in Indonesia.

Business Class for MSMEs
The UMKM Business Class by Maju Bareng TikTok is designed to help SMEs go digital and expand their market reach through the TikTok platform. This program is supported by the government, including the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, as well as several business partners and SME communities. Held regularly every quarter since late 2022, this program is an evolution from the previous fully online Maju Bareng TikTok training format. The UMKM Business Class is a two-day in-person seminar involving 600 selected participants. Participants receive education on TikTok's digital marketing products and tools, including TikTok Ads Manager, sales features on ShopTokopedia such as LIVE Shopping and affiliate programs, as well as tips on video editing using the CapCut app. Participants also observe live demos and practices and have the opportunity to gain insights through discussions with successful sellers and creators. Through interactive discussions and workshops, UMKM participants learn about content creation and platform utilization to grow their businesses on TikTok, from creating engaging short videos and utilizing storytelling and emotional connections to build brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. With the Maju Bareng TikTok program, SMEs are expected to maximize their business potential on TikTok to enhance competitiveness and achieve success. TikTok remains committed to being a reliable partner in the digitalization journey of SMEs in Indonesia.
Webinar Series and Live Broadcasts on TikTok LIVE
In its first iteration in 2021, Maju Bareng TikTok was conducted in an online format amidst the pandemic. This program was initiated as a commitment by TikTok to support Indonesia's National Movement for Proudly Made in Indonesia, endorsed by the government of the Republic of Indonesia. Maju Bareng TikTok 1.0 consisted of a series of trainings in the form of webinars and live broadcasts for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as well as Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Indonesia, supported by the government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and the Ministry of Industry. Several partners, such as Telkomsel, BCA, Pertamina, GoFood, BliBli, Moka, Foodizz, Micro Mentor, and SMESCO, also supported and provided valuable content for SMEs and SMIs. The training topics covered a variety of areas, including fundamentals of digital marketing, creative content creation, and features available on the TikTok for Business platform to reach consumers and increase sales. Overall, 20 webinar classes and 6 TikTok LIVE sessions were successfully conducted, attracting 55,000 views from Sumatra to Papua. More than five thousand participants engaged with the training curriculum and provided highly positive feedback regarding the program's usefulness.
Online Class Maju Bareng TikTok
Since its launch in 2021, Maju Bareng TikTok has complemented its educational program with a series of on-demand classes accessible to anyone who registers. There are four main topics covered: digital marketing, creative content, TikTok Business Account, and TikTok Ads.
